How to improve meetings
Use the tools around us.
Laptop, should be able to here and visualize all text that is being spoken on screen through conference call number. All people in call have a simple image for them pop up on screen, website should be very easy to guide and look at via, the web from a phone call everyone should be able to host your website.
Phone calls should be able to bounce around a room, call came in and was missed a button should pop up and a port option should pop when the phone call comes in to push it to neighbor phone. All phones in work meeting should all be turned on. All waves push and receive.
