City Design Optimization
We are nearing a point of optimum design utilization maximization of community development. A 100 years ago a group of people including Franklin Avery laid out and planned the development of Fort Collins. We as a community of people living inside of this designed system are beginning to be on the rise of the crest wave that has come to some of the more historical places of the world. Who has danced in the courts of museums to castles. More people are living comfortably within our city as it has been designed. Yet flaws always abound and can be chosen to be flaws or look on as acts of shifting patterns mindsets and evolutions of interactions.
